When you use the AI Window Art Designer we collect the details you enter: your name, business name, email address, phone number and, if you provide it, your business location.

We also store the photograph of your storefront that you upload, any inspiration images you choose to share, and the design preferences you select (seasonal theme, style, colours, coverage, window count and approximate dimensions).

Our contact form collects your name, business name, email, phone and message.

Your photograph and preferences are used solely to prepare your concept designs and to respond to your request.

Your contact details are used to reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal if you request one, and coordinate a project.

If — and only if — you opt in, we may occasionally send studio news and seasonal inspiration. Marketing consent is a separate, unchecked choice and never a condition of requesting designs.

Concept images are produced by an image generation service that receives your storefront photograph for the purpose of creating your concepts. Your photograph is not used to advertise this studio or any other business.

Concepts are illustrative. They show what hand-painted artwork could look like and are not a commitment to a final design.

Uploaded photographs are stored in private storage. They are not publicly listed and are accessed only through time-limited links for the studio's own review.

Concept images are stored so you can revisit and download them from your personal design link.

Design sessions, photographs and generated concepts are retained for the studio's configured retention period, after which they may be deleted.

Lead details are kept while an enquiry or project is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers required to run this website, store files and generate concepts, and only to the extent needed to provide the service.

We may disclose information if required by law.

You can ask to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you, and you can withdraw marketing consent at any time.

This website records anonymous, aggregated visit counts so the studio can understand which pages are useful. It does not build advertising profiles.
